amazing getaway
fast check-infriendly staffnice cruisenew friend
check-in was fast. the staff were great. our sunset and dolphin cruise was complimentary and very nice. our son even made a friend with some other kids on board, so cute!
the wait for the boat transfer at the airport was a bit longer than expected. it took about 45 to 60 minutes.

our grand beach villa with a pool was spacious and well kept. the outdoor pool and loungers were great. we spent much of our time enjoying this private space.

i really liked island pizza. you can get good paninis. it offers a good view and excellent service, especially from azar, sonny and anas. the food options were varied and satisfying.

the resort had a range of activities for all ages. our kids loved the kid's club, thanks to zeynep, shasha and the rest of the team there. there is a main island spa and the ocean spa.

the island was fine with crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. sunsets were amazing. the overwater villa was spacious and private! it was perfectly designed for a romantic getaway. the staff were always smiling and attentive.
The $380/pp new years eve gala dinner fee was a complete rip off! we also had to pay for the regular half board dinner on top of that. It was like $450 for dinner.

mixed feelings about the resort
white sand beachesdouble standard
the resort provides plenty of space and attractions across three islands. there are a number of restaurants and bars plus pools. white sand beaches and a colorful house reef are also available.
I found that the hotel did not mention the true layout of the hotel. the romance island is for adults only. It has its own facilities. there is a double standard between romance island guests, who get special treatment, and other guests in the same villa type. They receive poor treatment
